We recommend you develop a budget
Before paying your total deposit fees, we recommend you read and understand your Letter of Offer and develop a budget to ensure you are able to fund the cost of studying in Australia.
Your deposit
You are required to pay the total deposit as noted in the 'Tuition and other fees' section of your Letter of Offer. The total deposit usually includes the following:
- Visa-length Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) (if applicable)
- First trimester of Griffith University tuition fees
- An application fee (if applicable)

Calculating your tuition fees
The fees quoted in your Letter of Offer are current at the time of issue, however fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change. They do not include any special equipment or resources that may be required.
You will find the fees applicable to your program in your commencing trimester in the Degree finder.
How to pay
Login to Griffith University’s International Online Application System. Under the 'My Applications' tab, select the 'Respond to Offer' action. Follow the prompts to accept your offer and pay applicable fees through Convera GlobalPay. Please include a copy of your telegraphic transfer receipt from your bank so we can track your payment.
Login to Griffith University’s International Online Application System. Under the 'My Applications' tab, select the 'Respond to Offer' action. Follow the prompts to accept your offer and pay applicable fees through Western Union GlobalPay.
If you are paying by bank draft or cheque, follow the instructions in your Letter of Offer and make sure that your name and Griffith student ID appear on the back. Personal cheques are not accepted.
To pay your fees please contact the international recruitment agent or representative that you applied through.
Convera GlobalPay
Griffith University partners with Convera Business Solutions to give you a simple, efficient way to pay your fees. When you accept your offer through Griffith University’s International Online Application System, you will automatically be redirected to Convera GlobalPay. All other students should visit Convera GlobalPay directly.
The benefits of paying your fees using telegraphic transfer with Convera GlobalPay includes:
- There are no telegraphic transfer charges from Convera Business Solutions.
- You can pay in your home currency or an alternative currency of your choice. Griffith will still receive your payment in Australian dollars.

Fees for future trimesters
Your tuition fees for future trimesters are due for payment by census date, at the end of week 4 of classes (Sunday).
