HIGHER DEGREE RESEARCH
We support our Higher Degrees Research students through a range of activities and programs, complementing University and faculty-level initiatives. Together with our staff, Departments, and Research Centres we work hard to ensure our HDR students get the best possible support for their studies.
We have an Higher Degrees Research Program Director who focuses specifically on our students' needs. The Higher Degrees Research Program Director is responsible for nurturing and fostering a research culture, and for developing cohort experiences in collaboration with Departments and Research Centres.
Our 'cohort experience' programs are designed to enhance the experiences of our HDR students. These include our showcase event and poster competition - which is a celebration and a display of the diversity and impact of our current PhD and Master of Philosophy research, as well as recognising, rewarding and celebrating excellence amongst our Higher Degrees Research scholars.
Griffith Enterprise is the University's dedicated office for business and government engagements, innovations and new ventures. It provides expert advice and support for commercial contracting, tenders, sponsored research and development, industry partnerships, intellectual property licensing and venture formation.
