Commitment to internationalisation through collaborations and partnerships

The International Relations unit is responsible for strengthening and nurturing Griffith’s global partnerships through profiling the University’s academic and research strengths internationally. We work closely with all areas of the University in developing international partnership agreements, strategic communication initiatives and to coordinate and host international delegation visits to the Griffith campuses.

The International Relations unit contributes to the University’s internationalisation strategy through the following activities:

  • supporting and facilitating the development and review of the University's institutional partnerships around the world
  • provision of strategic regional and country-specific advice to the University's senior-executive, academic elements and other relevant stakeholders
  • coordination and oversight of international delegation visits, and associated events, to the Griffith campuses
  • development of various strategic communications, including high-level briefing documents, that profile the University’s academic and research strengths internationally
