Scholarship details

To be eligible, you must:

  • be full-time or part-time (minimum 20 CP ) enrolled or eligible for admission into and have applied by the closing date to commence full-time or part-time (minimum 20 CP ) in Trimester 1 2024 in one of the following honours degrees:
    • Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) 2020
    • Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) 2123
    • Honours year of the Bachelor of Advanced Computer Science (Honours) 1657
  • have a GPA of 5.5 or above.

Value

Maximum value is $4,000, paid in instalments. Instalments of $2,000 are payable for each full-time enrolled trimester, up to the maximum value of the scholarship, provided conditions are met. Pro-rata payments of $1,000 are payable for part-time (minimum 20 CP) enrolment.

Payment

Payments are made within six weeks after census date, subject to recipients satisfying scholarship terms and conditions.

To remain eligible for the scholarship, recipients will be required to:

  • remain enrolled at Griffith University in the honours degree for which this scholarship is awarded
  • maintain a GPA of 5.5 or above.

The above conditions are verified each trimester at census date.

If a scholarship recipient fails to successfully meet these conditions, scholarship payments may be withheld, or the scholarship may be terminated.

Applications, including any supporting documentation, must be completed and submitted by the closing date.

Offers are made via email.

Applicants may be shortlisted and be required to provide additional information.

Griffith University reserves the right to withdraw an advertised scholarship at any time.
