All participants must be race ready and at the start line 5 minutes prior to the start of the race.

Collection will close 15 minutes prior to the start of your race time. Please note that if you have not collected your bib by this time you will not be able to compete
TEAM RACE PACK COLLECTION
If you register after Monday 20 May you will not be eligible for team race pack collection and will have to collect your race pack individually
Top Competitor Prizes
Prize money will be up for the top three finishers of each eligible gender category.
2.5km prizes
- 1st Place - $75
- 2nd Place - $50
- 3rd Place - $25
5km prizes:
- 1st Place - $100
- 2nd Place - $75
- 3rd Place - $50
10km prizes:
- 1st Place - $200
- 2nd Place - $150
- 3rd Place - $100
All runners are eligible for prize money.
Novelty & Team Prizes
There will be novelty and team prizes on the day for each of the below categories:
- Best Dressed
- Highest Fundraiser
- Fundraiser Random Draw
- Best Team Spirit
- Most KM's Travelled (Team)

Bag drop
Your personal items will be safest if left with friends and family, however we will be providing a bag drop service for those who require, this will be a clearly signed bag drop tent in the event precinct. Items left here are at your own risk.
Buses
Buses will not have access to the University on the morning of the event. A temporary bus stop for Route 560 will be located on University Drive just before the University Drive, Meadowbrook Drive and Logan Motorway Roundabout.
Road closures
Road closures of University Drive and Evans Road will be in effect from 6 am - 10 am on the morning of the event. Access to Griffith University will only be possible on foot, keep in mind that parking access is still available in the carpark across from the event precinct.
Parking
Limited free parking is available for all participants and spectators in the carpark located near the start/finish line. Access to the car park will be open for the entire event, so you can come and go as you please.
